French Day

Salut !.
In 6th Class we have been studying French. It allows us the opportunity to hear French being spoken as a language before we go to Secondary School. Our French Teacher, Mrs. Gogarty was really good.
During the year we played games , learned songs ,and watched a video to help us learn the language. When the lessons finished in May we celebrated with a French Day. We all dressed up in the French national colours . We played French music CDs and had a party . We ate croissants, brioche, brie (a creamy French cheese) and had French baguettes to finish up. The best part was we all tried to speak French that day. I guess we had to or we got nothing to eat. It worked! :lol:
